Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During busy periods, including new product launches, restocks, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If your order experiences an unexpected delay, we will notify you using the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within Lebanon:

Inside Beirut: 2–5 business days
Outside Beirut: 3–6 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors outside of ReinaReichouni's control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow the carrier time to update tracking information after your package has been scanned. If you have not received tracking details or have questions about your shipment, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While ReinaReichouni works with trusted shipping carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or accept responsibility for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us promptly so we can work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

ReinaReichouni is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.

Returns & Store Credit

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an item qualifies for return under our Returns & Exchanges Policy, eligible returns will receive store credit only. ReinaReichouni does not issue refunds to the original payment method for returned merchandise.
